White Mountain Lake Parcel Lookup

When you’re looking to purchase property in White Mountain Lake, or simply researching your existing property, being able to look up parcel information can be extremely valuable.

For many buyers, one of the most important questions is: Does this property include access to White Mountain Lake’s private lake?

Does a Parcel Have Lake Access Privileges?

Currently, lake access is associated with parcels which have in their property tax, a district charge for the White Mountain Lake Recreation District of $42.02.

If having access to the lake is important to you, take a moment to look it up to verify this for yourself.

Once you’re in the Navajo Country Webmap, find the parcel by zooming in on the map, or by choosing the red “New Search” on the left:

Then you want the Property Information page like this:

Click on the District Charges tab at the top.

Listed under Tax Authority on the left side, if you see “White Mtn Lakes Rec (28333)” with a charge amount of $42.02 for a Special District, then you have lake access privileges with your property.

Properties without the recreation district assessment do not qualify for lake access.  

Prospective buyers should verify lake access status with the White Mountain Lake Community Recreation Improvement District (WMLCRID) before purchasing property.
